How to become a tenant:

Tell us your preferred period
Let us know the dates you’d like to rent one of our apartments. We’ll check availability and get back to you promptly.

Come to us in person (if possible)
After confirming your desired rental period, please visit our office at Dieselstraße 4, 89231 Neu-Ulm, if possible. There, you’ll pay the deposit, and we’ll prepare the rental agreement together. (Otherwise, please contact us by email.)

Move in and feel good
Once the contract is signed, you can move into your apartment on the move-in date. We’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have about moving in and ensure you quickly feel at home.
